The pay range is 100k-130k depending on experience, plus commissions and includes benefits. Your Mission: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Supervise and support field crews, service techs, and administrative staff. Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment/material logistics. Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and performance metrics. Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales and secure new business. Prepare estimates, proposals, and respond to bids/RFQs.
