Job Title: Production Supervisor Location : Shelbyville: Overview of Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations and ensure that all performance, quality, and safety targets are consistently achieved. This role is accountable for production turnaround time (TAT), quality metrics, headcount and overtime planning, scrap reduction, and the overall stability of production output. The Production Supervisor is a hands-on leader who drives team performance, optimizes workflows, and fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety in a fast-paced environment.
