Now, we’re entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a Assistant Contoller What You’ll Do: - Preparation and review of periodic financial reports in accordance with U.S. GAAP including statement of cash flows, equity and footnotes. - Lead and continuously improve the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, with a focus on speed, accuracy, and scalability - Partner with the VP of Finance / Controller to elevate the company’s internal control environment, including formalizing processes, documentation, and ongoing monitoring - Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and detailed variance analysis. Be the reviewer and approver for majority of account reconciliations/journal entries prepared by staff and senior accountants. - Preparer for more complex accounting areas including stock-based compensatio...
