Project Manager – Local Law Review Reference number: 11139: Closing date: 11:00pm, Friday 8 May 2026 - Part-time temporary position working (22.8 hours per week) for 2 years. - Salary commencing at $64.87 per hour, plus 12% superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience. - Band 8. The Opportunity: Moonee Valley City Council is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the review, development, adoption and implementation of Council’s new Local Law and associated framework. This is a high-impact role that will shape Council’s regulatory approach, strengthen governance and compliance outcomes, and ensure the Local Law reflects contemporary best practice and community expectations. Working within the City Safety and Amenity department, you will lead a complex, organisation-wide program of work that includes legislative review, stakeholder and community consultation, policy development, Council reporting, and implementation planning.
