The Brattle Group: Associate – Boston, MA DUTIES: REQUIREMENTS: Ph.D. or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance or related quantitative field - Direct and manage projects in team environment to produce written analyses used in litigation, regulatory proceedings, international arbitration, and consulting engagements. - Develop statistical, econometric, and other quantitative data analysis and oversee analysis performed by Research Analysts. - Draft reports that summarize and explain the results of analytical work performed, using clear and concise writing that presents technical concepts in a manner accessible to noneconomists. - Responsible for project management, including keeping the client informed of new developments and responding to client requests. - Responsible for overseeing the final work product for the following: reports, client memos, proposals, presentations, data requests, interrogatories, and expert witness testimony in a litigation and non-litigation environment. - Assist counsel with preparing expert witness for deposition and trial testimony, cross-examination and deposition of opposing expert witnesses, and drafting of post-trial briefs. - Responsible for part...
