Overview: This Reliability Engineer/Specialist will be primarily responsible for executing Vistra’s reliability improvement projects, applying sound engineering judgment and ensuring alignment with established company procedures and guidelines such as the Corrective Action Program (CAP), Work Process Control (WPC), and loss prevention inspection, testing and maintenance requirements. The Engineer/Specialist will participate in industry user groups and forums, integrating industry-leading insights into the Vistra organization. This role supports both short-term and long-term budget planning and execution in alignment with Vistra’s Loss Prevention and Hazard Management program requirements and Reliability Optimization Initiative (ROI).
