Overview At Create Better Health Hub, our mission is to strengthen food and nutrition security systems and empower Utahns at every stage of life to make healthier choices. We accomplish this by building strong networks, advancing community-centered research, expanding the nutrition workforce, delivering evidence-based education, sharing impactful stories, and supporting sustainable community solutions We are seeking a qualified individual for an 8-week internship (25 hours per week) starting as early as May 1, 2026, to support classes and programs focused on improving nutrition security. The internship will be housed under the state office, but most internship activities will take place in Cache County. Responsibilities: Program Operations & Evaluation: - Provide food demos and small activities at community booths - Teach Create Better Health series to adults both in person and virtually - Survey and collect data to show effectiveness of programs Partnership & Event Coordination: - Strengthen local community partnerships - Connect participants with local community resources to improve health and food access Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Experience working with low-incom...
