Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for utilizing specialized skill sets to support the Maintenance and Production Team, ensuring the optimal operating condition of equipment, facilities, and grounds. This role requires proficiency in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and adherence to Safety and Quality policies, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Summary of Essential Job Functions: - Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment, including hydraulic dock levelers, Vertical Lift Modules, tray erectors, lidding machines, conveyors, scales, scanners, cameras, and variable frequency drives. - Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and communication skills to resolve equipment issues efficiently. - Interpret and comprehend electrical connection diagrams and schematics. - Utilize hand tools, electrical testing equipment, and computers to perform maintenance tasks. - Operate dock trucks, reach trucks, stock pickers, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as needed. - Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including arc flash protection gear, and follow strict lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures. - Exhibit strong attention to detail and m...
