As a Service Valet , you’re one of the most important members at Norm Reeves Ford . You are responsible for creating a great service experience for our guests and ensuring all guest vehicles are washed and handled with excellent care. Your positivity and attention to detail are what keep our guests coming back time after time. This is an ideal entry-level position for someone eager and motivated to begin a career in the automotive service industry. What You’ll Do: - Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location - Controls service traffic flow and parking - Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment - Records customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage - Assists service advisors when needed - Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc. - Maintains a professional appearance - Place vehicle Interior Protection in each vehicle - Tag...
