If you live within approximately 50 miles of our San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT office, the position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. About The Role: We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to blend CRM administration, forecasting discipline, quota design, and pipeline analytics into one coordinated operational engine. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate business priorities into the systems, data, and processes that let the sales org execute at scale. We are scaling aggressively across enterprise, mid-market, and self-serve segments, with a sales team set to triple in size over the next 12 months. Your work will shape how we allocate quota, understand rep productivity, forecast for the board, and build a sales motion that scales without breaking.
