Job Summary: As an IDI disability claims analyst you will secure and analyze claim information to make disability claim decisions, including complex and high liability claims while also delivering excellent and timely customer service. Investigate, secure, and analyze information pertaining to claimants' medical condition, occupational demands, work earnings, business income/expenses, insured status, and other policy provisions to accurately determine eligibility for disability benefits.
