Customer Service Specialist: YOUR CHALLENGES: - Provide friendly, courteous and professional communication support with customer orders received via email, telephone, direct access to customer portals, and fax - utilizing the company's Order Management System. - Manage and control consigned inventory assets to meet customer and asset management objectives. - Work closely with customers and off-site sales staff to obtain and validate consigned inventory consumption forecasts. - Load forecasts into the company's Order Manage...
