TITLE: SERVICE TECHNICIAN: REPORTS TO: Service Supervisor/Service Foreman: SUPERVISES: None: INTERFACES: Customers, Service Technicians, Service Manager, Construction Technicians, Service Supervisor and Foreman, Service Project Managers, HOURS: Field Service hours and beyond as necessary, non-exempt position (eligible for OT) JOB SUMMARY: The position requires the individual to apply their technical knowledge and experience to ensure the completion of service calls, maintenance agreement visits, repairs, upgrades, and projects while maintaining a positive customer relationship and high level of quality and satisfaction. The Service Technician is expected to be able to operate independently to complete tasking within budgeted hours. The Service Technician is also expected to be proactive with solutions and recommendations for the customer base. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Complete service calls and preventative maintenance on existing control systems - Perform upgrades, small scale retrofits, or replacement of existing control systems - Provide proactive recommendations for energy saving or preventative measures - Focus on 100% customer satisfaction with each call, maintenance, repair, p...
