Role: The Solutions Architect (Customer/Systems/Sales Engineer) will leverage strong technical skills and equally strong customer communication skills to confidently lead customers and partners through the process of understanding and evaluating Arrcus technology and products as well as helping them with the deploying the solutions initially in a lab and then in production. This role primarily involves working with one of the largest interconnect providers while also engaging with Data Center Providers, Service Providers, Enterprises, and Cloud Providers as needed.
