IT Development Intern

Job description

Summary: You will work with the IT application development team to support and document Finance and Human Resource business application areas. This role offers the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of systems supporting retail operations by partnering with IT and business stakeholders to maintain and improve applications. Essential Functions: - Work directly with IT analysts and business areas to define requirements, analyze, and design systems to meet evolving retail business requirements. - Perform discovery and analysis to understand business partner needs and design creative technical solutions. - Create and maintain system and process documentation. - Configure and validate application modules while customizing or personalizing pages to streamline task flows. - Provide ongoing testing and support of software updates. - Develop code and test programs based on defined specifications. - Develop Oracle E-Business data integrations and maintain custom Oracle applications for areas such as Payroll, HR, and Benefits. - Build out the IT Application Documentation Repository for Finance and HR/Legal applications. - Assist with Oracle Advanced Benefits configuration testing f...
