Copa Health is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our Metro Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. This role is critical in delivering community-based, recovery-oriented psychiatric care to individuals with serious mental illness.This is a highly mobile, community based position where services are delivered in a varity of settings - including members homes, community locations, and clinical environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in the field, collaborating in real-time with a multidisciplinary team, and meeting members where they are to support engagment and oucomes.As part of a multidisciplinary ACT team, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning , while collaborating closely with case managers, therapists, and medical providers to support whole-person care.
