Description Patient Services Representative Job Details: Description: Full time: Cooper Clinic. The Patient Services Representative plays an essential role in our patient experience. The Patient Services Representative greets our patients and initiates the check-in process to ensure the patients receive the correct clinical procedures during their visit. Patient Services Representative Schedule: M-F, 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. with a 30 minute lunch. Occasional overtime as needed for patient care.
