Job Description Summary The Technical Leader leads projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business and is a recognized expert in a specialized field. In this role you will be responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership for a team of engineers for all product design aspects of the LMS100 Ensure that safety is embedded in every aspect of our product Strong focus on maintaining and improving quality Assure all component designs meet requirements Support and coordinate with interfacing organizations such as manufacturing, sourcing, services, global engineering, and systems engineering Support service programs, fulfillment, and New Product Introduction (NPI) Provide strong guidance and contribution to Product Cost Out (PCO) and design to cost projects Communicate progress to all levels of the organization Mentor and develop less experienced personnel Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Engineering: 8+ years of mechanical, chemica...
