THE SALVATION ARMY JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Summary: Plans, develops, schedules, coordinates, facilitates and monitors a variety of educational, recreational, and spiritual development activities, events, and trips for the children, young adults and seniors; builds and maintains a positive relationship with the children, youth, parents and seniors; builds relationships with other agencies, as well as, seeks to find those in the community that could also provide leadership to Salvation Army programs; prepares and maintains program records; assist in maintaining facilities, equipment, and grounds. Finds, develops, writes, submits, and administrates local foundation, corporate, state, and federal grants; administers existing grants and ensures compliance with contract restrictions; serves as liaison to funding sources.
