About the Senior Product Manager, B2B Platform & Integrations role at Headspace: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale the platform capabilities that power Headspace’s B2B business across employers and health plans. This role sits at the core of our platform strategy, enabling scalable partner onboarding, integrations, and partner-specific configuration. You will define and build the foundational systems that allow Headspace to efficiently launch and support partners spanning eligibility infrastructure, APIs, onboarding tooling, and admin experiences. You will also act as the orchestrator for partner launches, ensuring alignment across Platform, Activation, and Engagement teams. This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of platform, healthcare integrations, and B2B2C product delivery. Success in this role requires strong systems thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to balance partner needs with scalable platform design.
