This includes enabling our organizations to maintain accurate and complete risk statements, controls and all elements of the Capital One risk management framework. You’ll also bring your unique perspective and experiences to help us be rigorous, curious and creative. Enterprise Risk Management is the center of risk management for our company and covers all categories of risk, governing policies and standards, risk assessments, and issue and event management. The Adherence Monitoring team within ERM is focused on developing tools and monitoring of all of our risk management processes to ensure our company effectively manages business objectives and satisfies regulatory requirements.
