Role: The Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) in accordance with public health nursing standards, practices, and policies, will provide and arrange for Hospice care for patients/families, in a collaborative relationship, with other members of the interdisciplinary team. The Admission Nurse makes initial nursing assessments, judgments and treatment decisions based on patient/family needs and wishes in accordance with professional skills.
