This position is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours a week Location: travels to homes and facilities within a 30-mile radius from our High Point office This position provides personal care and home management tasks at patient’s residence, under the supervision of a RN Case Manager.
