Under the general direction of the Simulation Operations Manager of the Department of Professional Development and Simulation, the Program Coordinator will provide primary operational oversight for LHMC’s ACLS, BLS, and RQI programs. This role is responsible for course scheduling and coordination, learner and instructor support, record management, data tracking, and quality/compliance-related administrative processes required for life support training. The position also provides ongoing administrative support to Simulation Center operations, including scheduling, communications, documentation, and event logistics as needed. Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to: ACLS/BLS Program Coordination (Primary) Adheres to TC policies and procedures as outlined in the AHA Program Administration Manual (PAM). Coordinates ACLS and BLS course logistics, including annual calendar support, course scheduling, room reservations, registration/rosters, and participant communications.
