Rate of pay: £14.23 per hour* Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm (36 hours per week) Training: 5 weeks, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Location: Onsite, based at Radar Road, Leicester with the opportunity to apply to work from home, in line with our working from home policy after a minimum of 6-9 months service (eligibility criteria applies). - Upon successful completion of your probationary period, there is a possibility to receive a performance-related bonus of up to 20%. Additionally, Advisors who consistently meet KPI targets have the opportunity for an enhanced pay.
