In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Make Ready and Repair & Maintenance services across a designated portfolio of apartment communities. You’ll oversee field operations, manage independent contractors, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and serve as a key point of contact for clients when it comes to service delivery.
