This role focuses on invoicing, customer service, and relationship management, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders by actively listening, responding promptly, and maintaining accurate documentation. - Build and maintain professional relationships with Divisions and Regional teams to ensure accountability, consistency, and program stability. - Coordinate consultant invoices with Contract Managers to ensure proper formatting, timely review, and resolution of any discrepancies or concerns. - Prepare and submit transmittal documents to TDOT Finance confirming invoice review and approval for payment. - Ensure all deliverables comply with the Consultan...
