About the Role The Restaurant Busperson will clear, clean and reset tables according to procedures. Position Responsibilities: - Must maintain an adequate supply of fresh linens, china, silver, glassware, and other food service accessories; delivering food and beverage in an efficient manner; providing truly great service for our guests by anticipating needs and delivering friendly service with a smile. - Adhere to established company and Departmental procedures, guidelines and policies at all times - Promote positive co-worker and guest interactions, maintain professionalism at all times while working with other employees, Departments, and guests - Maintain established company and Departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times - Completes all established set-up, stocking and closing duties on time - Cleans area under and around tables and hutches - Knows and adheres to health and sanitation guidelines at all times - Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
