POSITION DESCRIPTION: Position Title: Human Resources Coordinator: Reports to: Human Resources Manager / Executive Vice President of Human Resources POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee data management processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient hiring practices, accurate HR system administration, and compliance with company policies, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and regulatory requirements. The HR Coordinator works closely with store management, HR and Accounting Department leadership and team members, and external partners to support staffing initiatives, maintain employee records, and enhance the overall employee experience. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Support onboarding processes, including new hire setup, documentation completion, and orientation coordination. 2. Complete hiring steps for store employees, ensuring all required documentation and system updates are accurate and timely. 3.
