Job description

The Graphics Production Associate is responsible for operating large-format printing and digital cutting equipment to produce high-quality graphics for trade shows and live events. This role supports the full production workflow including file verification, printing, color management, cutting, finishing, quality control, packaging, and show-site readiness. This position ensures production accuracy, protects revenue by minimizing reprints, and supports national operational standards through disciplined adherence to quality control procedures and SOPs. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Production Operations: - Operate EFI VUTEk (rigid) printers. - Operate EFI FabriVU (fabric) printers. - Operate Zünd G3 digital cutting systems. - Utilize RIP software such as Fiery XF or similar. - Monitor print runs for color consistency and alignment with approved proofs. Pre-Production & File Review: - Review production files for proper size, scaling, bleed, contour paths, and substrate compatibility. - Verify alignment with approved client proofs prior to print production. - Escalate artwork or formatting discrepancies to the Graphics Production Supervisor.
