Service Network Coordinator (mfd)

Job description

Deine Aufgaben - Develop, expand, and maintain the Authorized Service Partner network in Germany. - Identify, evaluate, and support the onboarding of new service centers, ensuring compliance with Midea standards and processes. - Coordinate and follow up on service orders and cases across the service network. - Act as a central interface between Technical Support, Spare Parts, Call Center, and Service Partners to ensure smooth case resolution. - Monitor and control ASP invoicing, validating accuracy, compliance, and alignment with agreed service conditions. - Track service performance, operational KPIs, and network efficiency. - Prepare and deliver regular follow-up and performance reports using Excel and CRM data. - Ensure all service cases, partner data, and documentation are properly maintained in CRM platforms. - Support continuous improvement initiatives related to service processes and network performance. - Conduct regular business trips within Germany to visit service partners, support network development, and perform operational follow-ups.
