Director, Sourcing and Procurement

Job Summary: The Procurement Director will oversee and direct the activities of the Procurement department within the Fanatics Collectibles business unit. This position is expected to own all areas related to the procurement, sourcing, and securing raw materials to support the Collectibles manufacturing business and managing the vendors that provide these materials. The sourcing and procurement team is successful when we have high-quality materials available from multiple qualified vendors, when materials are available for production, and when there are clear paths to reducing costs. Responsibilities: - Develop supplier management processes and commodity sourcing strategies aligned with business needs targeting cost savings, risk management, material specs/quality, and process & governance with a team of category managers, buyers and clerks - Acts as the company’s representative in negotiations with suppliers - Partner with Legal to develop supplier contracts and revise purchase order terms and conditions - Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and all other requirements - Ensure the the team accurately prepares and processes purchase orders for materials, supplies, and equip...
