Position Details: Financial Aid Advisor Salary Range: $70,304 - $75,000 annually Full-Time, Exempt 40 hours per week Fully Onsite Position in Hayward, CA Essential Job Responsibilities: Responsible for advising prospective students (primary), current students and alumni on financial aid eligibility, program requirements, application procedures, aid programs, repayment issues and related concerns. Advise prospective student tour groups twice a week providing an overview of the financial aid application process and available federal programs and scholarships. Troubleshoot and problem solve with FA staff on any complication in loans or financial aid issues. Assist Students in resolving credit issues and/or the endorser process. Track prospective student status, ISIRS, MPNs, Entrance Counseling and maintain excel tracking spreadsheets. Liaison weekly with Admissions staff and provide financial aid status updates and obtain enrollment updates. Coordinate communications with Admissions at a high level. Package fede...
