We’re looking for a Workplace Operations Coordinator to be a key player in our Move Ambassador Program—a team that’s transforming how our people work and collaborate. In this fast-paced role, you’ll take the lead on managing Agile Locker assignments, running workspace audits, and supporting our incredible Move Ambassadors as they execute exciting move and workspace projects. Your work will directly impact how teams connect and thrive in their environments. This is more than just operations—it’s about driving efficiency, improving the workplace experience, and being the go-to expert for workspace transitions. Location: Seattle (South Lake Union), Bellevue & Redmond Starting Hour Rate: $25.24 per hour | Full Range $25.24 - $30.04 per hour Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule but typically Monday - Sunday between 7:30am-6pm with occasional nights and weekends as needed.
