Staff UX Designer, Finance Transformation

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in product design or UX. - Experience in the Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence project life-cycle, or experience in projects involving AI capabilities and agentic systems. - Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). - A portfolio showcasing work for enterprise/business software, services, developer tools, IT, or other software systems. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in solving organizational and technical issues in the enterprise space with empathy and clarity. - Experience working in a cross-functional organization. - Experience leading design projects and shipping AI-integrated product features. - Experience working with executive leaders.
