Scope of the Position: The Development Associate is responsible for assisting in planning and implementing all aspects of the DMA’s fundraising efforts in close collaboration with the Chief Development Officer (CDO). The Associate manages the resources and activities of the CDO as well as serves as a liaison to the Development Leadership Team and Development staff.
