Description Compensation: - Salaried, exempt - $1,000 Signing Bonus *Subject to payback clause. - New hires can expect to be placed on our starting wage scale of $101,254 to $121,493 per year - It may be possible to earn more over time up to $141,731 per year Work Schedule: - Full time, M-F - 4/10's between 7:30a-6:30p Who We Are: Unity Care NW is a private, non-profit, federally qualified health center ( FQHC ) that has been proudly and successfully serving the greater Whatcom County area since 1982.
