Our Global payroll department is looking for an experienced self-motivated system savvy Payroll Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Analyst will work closely with the Accounting, HR and Benefits teams. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries within the EMEA region. This role ensures accurate and timely payments, compliance with local tax laws, and effective collaboration with external payroll vendors. At the same time, drive to evaluate and improve processes, and work collaboratively across multiple functions to improve the customer experience. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model. Job Functions and Accountabilities: - Perform a variety of payroll functions in preparation, distribution, and reporting of payroll.
