The Public Sector Program Management & Operations Manager will lead and strengthen our Public Sector Sales organization by supporting operational excellence. This role improves sales productivity, supports public sector contracts and contract management, supports public sector RFPs and RFP management, enhances process discipline, and supports revenue growth through streamlined workflows, high-quality analytics, and impactful proposal contributions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically strong , and experienced in technology services in the public sector with a proven ability to support sales teams. This role also works cross-functionally with Delivery, Operations, Partner and Alliances, Finance, Legal, and Contracts teams to ensure operational excellence.
