Software Lead and Integration Manager The Opportunity: As a sof t war e integrator , you know that good sof t war e is more than just a nice-looking interface and data. You need the right combination of clean code, APIs, analytics, and infrastructure to develop a user-focused solution. We’re looking for an engineer like you to lead a U.S. Space Force team of physicists, systems engineers, and sof t war e developers as they develop efficient and effective sof t war e to support both U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy end users. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for evaluating physics-based concepts, designing and testing sof t war e, and implementing end-to-end solutions. You will leverage experience with radio frequency ( RF ) and space weather concepts and translate scientific needs into scalable, mission-driven sof t war e solutions. This role requires hands-on ability to read, program, and review code across the stack, while also providing strategic direction and mentorship to engineering and science personnel.
