Job Summary: Hourly Supervisors provide front line shift supervision to the hourly Airport Customer Experience Specialists (ACES) and shuttle drivers. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all Block by Block and PANYNJ standards, best practices, procedures, and policies and for holding the ACES responsible for completing daily customer service responsibilities. Responsible for communicating and leading daily shift briefings to the ACES while assigning duties, assignments, training, reviewing events, weather, and safety updates to ACES.
