We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to take ownership of the people function for a 100+ employee workforce operating across three states. In this hands-on leadership role, you will set the HR direction while delivering the core operational services needed to support a fast-growing disability services organisation. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be the key point of escalation for people matters and provide trusted advice to leaders.
