Job description

The National Recruiter I will provide guidance to prospective students and their families through the means of collecting inquiries and applications at college fairs and high schools; handling inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, chats, and texts; and supporting on campus events. They will assist prospective students through all phases of the recruitment and enrollment process: inquiry (requesting information about LU), applying to the university, submitting admissions documents, and ultimately completing financial check-in and enrolling in courses. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 1. Contact prospective students on a daily basis through a variety of communication channels to follow-up with inquiries and applicants regarding their enrollment to Liberty University. 2. Guide students on the process of applying to the university and submitting a confirmation deposit; collection of fees for both processes are expected and will require PCI compliance. 3.
