We are seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Programs to lead the design and execution of high-impact patient experience and activation strategies across two critical parts of our business: our value-based care organization (DaVita IKC) and our dialysis operations (DaVita Kidney Care). This is a unique opportunity to shape how patients experience and engage in their care at some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives—while partnering across clinical, operational, and technology teams to bring those strategies to life.
