About Us For over 60 years, Animal Welfare League NSW (AWL NSW) has been a leading registered charity dedicated to providing expert care for surrendered, neglected, and abandoned companion animals across NSW. The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced, full-time Head of People & Culture to join our Executive Leadership Team based at Kemps Creek. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering our people strategy, while also supporting day-to-day operations across a diverse and distributed workforce including work health and safety and payroll oversight. You will partner closely with the CEO, Board and senior leaders to drive culture, capability and performance across the organisation. This role also provides leadership and support across our branches, volunteer workforce and regional hubs, ensuring consistency, engagement and alignment across AWL NSW.
