Your New Role: Are you an experienced human resources (HR) all-rounder, and looking to grow your career in this field? If so, we would love to hear from you! The successful candidate will be working closely with PHA’s People & Culture (P&C) Consultant, across a diverse range of human resources and related projects and activities. This includes: ergonomics, workers compensation, etc. - Supporting recruitment and employee onboarding - Work Health and Safety, including psychosocial and wellness initiatives, office - Organising learning and development activities - Developing and/or reviewing policies and procedures - Supporting organisational culture and employee engagement projects and initiatives.
