Service Reliability Engineer

Job description

For our client WirelessCar, we are looking for a Service Reliability Engineer with experience in operational coordination, incident management, and process improvement. You will be part of the Service Reliability Engineering team (“Team Ninja”), working to ensure stable and reliable connected vehicle services for global automotive customers. The role combines reactive operational support with proactive improvement work. You will coordinate major incidents together with DevOps teams, ensure clear communication toward stakeholders and customers, facilitate post-incident reviews, and drive improvements within operational processes and reliability practices. A key part of the role is helping DevOps teams improve operational readiness and incident handling capabilities over time. The team also works continuously with improving operational workflows, reliability processes, and ways of working across the organization.
