About the Role Are you a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting, fixing, and maintaining commercial printing and imaging equipment? You’ll be responsible for on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of Canon-supported copiers, printers, and multi-function imaging devices (MFPs) at client locations — often in a fast-paced, 24/7 customer-driven setting where responsiveness and reliability are key. Your Impact: We’re searching for a true go-getter to: - Perform routine maintenance and break/fix repair of digital imaging equipment (copiers, printers, MFPs). - Respond quickly and professionally to customer service calls in the field. - Maintain accurate service logs and reports, including Field Service Reports and Expense Reports. - Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager with proper documentation. - Ensure all assigned equipment meets operational performance standards. - Represent Canon in a customer-facing role with professionalism and excellent communication skills....
