SERVPRO Team Wall is looking for a driven, compassionate, and responsive Emergency Response Coordinator to support homeowners and businesses when unexpected property emergencies happen. * Position requires residency within Harrisburg or surrounding areas* What You’ll Do: As an Emergency Response Coordinator, you will respond as leads come in from real-time emergency lead notification services and work closely with residential and commercial customers to coordinate mitigation and reconstruction services. You’ll be one of the first people customers connect with after fire, water, or storm-related property damage. You’ll guide them through next steps and provide reassurance during extremely stressful situations.
