Role Overview: Reflection AI is looking for a Member of Technical Staff - IT Engineer. In this role, you’ll be expected to manage a broad range of operational, strategic, and project-based responsibilities with maximum autonomy and minimal oversight. You’ll be working across tier 1 and tier 2 support, defining IT requirements for new office space buildouts, identifying ways that we can improve processes and implement systems to improve the IT function across the board, and supporting the rollout of technical IT Security initiatives. This is an internal-customer-facing role in which you will be regularly supporting executives, executive assistants, engineers, and non-technical people with everyday IT problems.
